1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ByteLaunch ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

ByteLaunch is a decentralized application (dApp) that enables users to create, deploy, and manage SPL (Solana Program Library) tokens on the Solana blockchain. Our Platform provides tools for token creation, metadata management, IPFS storage integration, and blockchain deployment services.

3. Important Policies

🚫 No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS AND FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes service fees for token creation, optional feature fees, failed transactions due to user error, blockchain network fees, and any other charges incurred through Platform use.

🔒 Token Immutability

ONCE A TOKEN IS DEPLOYED THROUGH OUR PLATFORM, IT CANNOT BE EDITED, MODIFIED, OR RECALLED. This includes token name, symbol, description, supply, decimals, metadata, images, and smart contract parameters.

⚠️ No Responsibility for Misuse

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF TOKENS CREATED ON OUR PLATFORM. This includes fraudulent use, market manipulation, regulatory violations, financial losses from trading, or misrepresentation of token purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform
  • You must connect a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom) to use our services
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • You must verify all token details before confirming deployment
  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Platform for:

  • Creating tokens that violate intellectual property rights
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive purposes
  • Illegal activities or securities violations
  • Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
  • Spam, phishing, or malicious activities

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide the Platform "AS IS" without warranties. You assume all risks associated with Platform use.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation and are charged in SOL through the Solana blockchain. Additional fees may apply for optional features such as creator modification and social links.

You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) and any additional third-party service costs.

8. Blockchain and Technical Risks

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Network congestion may cause delays or failures
  • Smart contract risks and potential vulnerabilities
  • Platform availability is not guaranteed
  • Temporary service interruptions may occur
  • Regulatory changes may affect blockchain technology

9. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you create
  • You grant us license to use your content for Platform operations
  • You must have rights to all content you upload
  • We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices

10. Modifications and Termination

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations.

Deployed tokens remain on the blockchain regardless of account status.
